My name is María, and I’m the person behind Un pájaro en mi ventana. This blog grew out of something very simple: being curious about what happens just outside my door, in that small space where nature and everyday life overlap.
For years I was interested in photography, plants, and wellness, but it wasn’t until I started looking out my window slowly and quietly that I discovered how fascinating birds are. First it was a sparrow, then a dove, and eventually a whole little ecosystem that kept me company every morning.
Here I share what I learn along the way: simple guides, observations, ideas for attracting birds responsibly, and thoughts on how to reconnect with nature, even in a city.
